Job Descriptions:
- Assist Building Manager in any daily any activity for general service matters
- Prepare monthly reports
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating security, cleaning service, pest control, parking vendor
- Carry out regular checklist and arrange any activity based on approved schedule
- Monitor and extend all building permit
- Monitor and register all office furniture and fixture
- Prepare budget for general service
- Carry out any task given by Building Manager
- Minimum Diploma Degree in relevant major
- Experienced as Chief General Services in Apartment / Office / Commercial building is preferable
- Result oriented, good communication and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
