Job Descriptions:
Job Qualifications:
- Handle and monitor complaint & request from tenant, including fit out request
- Carry out and monitor handover, including preparing invitation letter, checking unit condition, and contacting unit owner
- Prepare tenant relation monthly report, including occupancy rate, fit out activity and tenant move in/out
- Operate as a liaison between tenants and/or owner, ensuring good lines of communications are being maintained at all times in order to build comfortable neighborhood
- Assist in inspecting tenant space, common areas, base building areas and grounds to ensure high level of maintenance
- Carry out any task given by Building Manager
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Chief Tenant Relation for Apartment & Commercial Building
- Fluent in English
- Ability to coordinate with local government and vendor
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
