Responsibilities
- Create the strategies for the efficiency on claims processing to be able to delivered the KPI's
- Monitor the analysing and processing claims both of life & health claims from the Insurance Company
- Provide recommendation regarding claims dispute that may pose a risk or loss to the company
- Conduct claim investigations (either by Telephone/WA/etc) to validate claim documents received from clients/insurance
- Meeting with insurance if there are problems in the claim process
- Participate in visits to client offices during quarterly service reviews, together with the marketing team and other stakeholders
- Identifiy and implement system and process enhancement ideas to maximise the efficiency and quality of processing claims
- Manage & monitor case monitoring from the Insurance Company
- Responsible to providing Report Complain including SLA as per target KPI's
- Collaboration with MIS to provide analysis data claim for NB & Renewal such as claims experience, interpret data from MIS and utilization report
- Create relationship with Provider network to enggage the wellness program
- Have a minimal Bachelor Degree with Doctor / Medical major.
- Have 3-5 years of working experience as Client Relation, Claim and or Operation role with experience in managing team from Insurance (Health and or Life)/ Brokerage company.
- Have a solid knowledge in Employee Benefit product & end to end process.
- Strong collaborative skills in a fast-paced team-centric environment with the ability to present information in a clear, insightful and concise manner.
- Have experience handling life insurance guarantee letter / utilization review would be a plus.
- Have experience in setting up and create proposal of Wellness Program
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet especially for analyzing data and create report.
- The ability to demonstrate data analytics, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Have a good attitude and proven leadership skill.
