About us:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team handling fitness healthy catering. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The Cook will work closely with the Sous Chef to execute menu items and contribute to the overall dining experience of our customers.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Assist in creating and executing daily specials, ensuring variety and creativity in menu offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing food waste.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff and contribute to continuous improvement in kitchen processes.

Qualifications:

• Professional Proficient in English
• Proven experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and ensure consistency in every dish.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and menu changes.
