QUALIFICATIONS:
Application Question(s):
- Age around 18-35 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years experience as a Cook Helper in Catering Industry or in the same field.
- Having experience for producing food in large quantities > 500 portions / day.
- Understand the flow of food processing, starting from receiving raw materials, storing, and cooking.
- Have the skill to cut food material quickly and neatly.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to work in Shift.
- Possess strong religious characters.
- Ready to join as soon as possible.
- Prepare the ingredients according to the menu.
- Mix the cooking ingredients.
- Cook ingredients with low-risk levels.
- Assist the cook in preparing the cooking results.
- Prepare the dishes before portioning.
- Prepare cooking utensils, food processing equipment, and tools for the cooking results.
