QUALIFICATIONS:

• Aged around 20 - 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Management, Accounting, or any related field.
• Minimum of two years experience as PPIC Staff in Food / Catering Industry or in the same field.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office esp. Microsoft Excel).
• Attention to detail, accuracy and deadline oriented.
• Have a strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently or in teams.
• Possess strong religious characters.
• Fluent in English will be an advantage.
• Ready to join as soon as possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Calculating and reporting the estimated next month's Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Calculating and reporting the actual last month's Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Making raw material request form for suppliers.
• Compiling monthly receive orders (RO).
• Compiling PO report.
• Input the data of incoming goods from the supplier into the daily inventory data.
• Checking invoices and travel documents received from suppliers according to the resto request form.
• Input plate data and leftover food serving.
• Print daily recipe standards for kitchen production.
• Doing monthly warehouse stock opname.
