Position Summary:
Are you passionate about storytelling and eager to make an impact with your words? We are seeking a talented Copywriter Intern to support our content and marketing team in crafting compelling copy for various channels, from social media to web and marketing materials. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to build your writing portfolio, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging, coffee-focused copy for social media posts, blog articles, emails, and marketing campaigns.
• Support the content team in brainstorming and developing fresh ideas for content related to coffee, culture, and lifestyle.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with specialty coffee enthusiasts.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content cohesiveness across visual and written materials.
• Conduct basic research on coffee trends, industry topics, and competitor content to produce relevant and informative materials.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure consistency in grammar, clarity, and tone.
• Monitor content performance and gather insights to help refine future copy.
• Assist in managing content schedules to ensure timely delivery of content projects.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and tone.
• A portfolio or samples of previous writing projects (school projects, personal blog, or freelance work are acceptable).
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas and perspectives on coffee and lifestyle topics.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback to improve writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
