- Branding Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy; conduct market research and competitive analysis; set measurable goals; collaborate with marketing for alignment.
- Corporate Identity : Maintain a strong corporate identity across all channels; create brand guidelines for consistent visual elements; ensure marketing materials accurately reflect the brand.
- Corporate Communication : Execute effective communication campaigns to enhance awareness and reputation; oversee content creation for marketing, social media, and publications; manage media and influencer relationships.
- Reputation Management : Monitor and manage the company’s reputation online and offline; handle communication crises; ensure quick responses to customer feedback.
- Internal Collaboration : Work with departments to ensure consistent branding; train employees on corporate values; measure and report branding effectiveness; implement employer branding programs from concept to execution.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding strategy or corporate communications.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and communications.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective leadership and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
