- Develop a planning framework and monitoring related business plans and company budgets for all entities every year to maintain business & corporate budget in accordance with the annual agreement and planning of each entity.
- Prepare an annual financial projection, business plan and budget plan
- Create and maintain a relation potential client
- Pitching to potential client
- Negotiate with partner or other big companies
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Communicating new campaign/product developments to prospective partners
- Providing management with feedback and reports
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field (Management, Communication, Public Relations, and others)
- Have experience min.2 years in partnership or business development in handling B2B event, B2C event, Festival event, Brand Activation, Conference (international scale)
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Fast adapted & Target oriented
- Willing to work in team
- Available for Full WFO (Work From Office) system
- Fluent in English
