Event Implementor at Kompas.id

Collaborate with the Event Executor team to execute and ensure the efficient implementation of events in line with the established concept.
- Create and manage event timelines from preparation to closure.
- Oversee vendors and third parties (such as venues, sound systems, decorations, booths, etc.).
- Ensure the completeness of operational documents, including permits.
- Organize logistics and distribution of event equipment on-site.
- Monitor and evaluate event execution, including budgets and vendor performance.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Management, Communication, or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in event or project management, both small and large-scale
- Master knowledge and skills in vendor negotiation
- Understanding of event licensing and security requirements
- Problem solver, dynamic, and willing to work in the field
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
