Stretchline Holdings Ltd is actively seeking Customer Relations Executive (account executive) to join us, the world's largest supplier of narrow elasticated fabrics, covered yarns, dyed yarns.
Main Objectives of the Position:
This position requires full-time, on-site work at our office in Tangerang, Indonesia, where most of the time will be dedicated to communication and maintaining strong, structured relationships with the buyer company. The role acts as a liaison between the buyer and relevant internal departments within the company, overseeing received orders, sample production, bulk orders, and delivery schedules. It ensures that the company meets the buyer’s expectations in terms of quality, quantity, and timely delivery. The position also plays a critical role in ensuring buyer satisfaction, ultimately supporting the company in achieving its monthly and annual targets.
Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to buyer emails in a timely manner and in accordance with the SLA.
• Enter POs and manage orders.
• Ensure all specifications meet buyer requests by coordinating with relevant internal departments on buyer orders.
• Maintain the price list and update lab dip charts.
• Schedule regular visits to the buyer.
• Uphold the company’s reputation and image as the representative face and voice of the company to the buyer.

Qualification:

• Minimum education: associate or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, experience in the Textile/Garment industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Office 365 and tech-savvy.
• Fluent in English and adaptable.
• Firm and Convincing.
