We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting post-sales administrative processes, such as order processing or handling complaints.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with customers via phone, email, or other platforms.
• Provide solutions and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support administrative sales processes, including order processing and managing customer data.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and provide constructive feedback.
• Offer administrative support for sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English Literature, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in customer service or telesales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Indonesian Citizenship – Based in Bali.
