As a Customer Service, you have to be able to put yourself in the customers' shoes and remain helpful, patient, positive and cheerful.
Job Descriptions:

• Help the team to provide professional customer service support
• Answer customer calls, emails, and live chats
• Works on the weekend and helps on mega campaigns (i.e., 9.9, 10.10, etc)
• Create reports using Word and Excel to collect data for analysis and reports
• To perform shift work duties on a 24x7 basis from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
• Communicate and coordinate with the team as necessary
• Maintain a positive and profesional attitude toward customers at all times

Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree graduate
• Final year students are also very welcome
• Has experience in working with customer support and is customer oriented preferred
• Able to perform shift work duties 24x7 Monday to Sunday and public holiday and field workwhenever necessary
