PURPOSE

Supporting, maintaining, and securing system data and computerized manufacturing system in Cimanggis Site, specifically in Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU), in the scope of all machines and technologies, ensuring the system run safely and no risk in the computerized system

MAJOR TASKS

• Manages access to Manufacturing & Quality Systems, both Gx P and non Gx P systems
• Responsible for manufacturing computerized system maintenance
• Maintains IT system documentation and SOPs in the area of responsibility in Cimanggis Site
• Collaborates and participates in maintaining the Gx P system validation status
• Performs data system backup
• Performs system hardening for any new system
• Performs antivirus scanning regularly
• Patch Management
• MITS Solid program maintenance and deployment support
• Performs system installation, configuration, and hardening for any new system developed
• Responsible for incident analysis, CAPA, and change management
• CCTV control and monitoring in MBU

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Engineering / or other adequate academic degrees
• Have a minimum of 3 Years experience in Data Analysis related activities, Information Technology, Digitalization, CSV and other relevant topics
• Customer focus, leadership, execution planning, planning & alignment, drives result
• Fluent in English both verbal and written is mandatory
