Our 12-months graduate programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders. The programme is rigorous and curated based on the principles of our DBS Triple E framework for growth and development.

Experience: On-the-job experience to take on challenging and impactful projects. May include rotations within unit (eg for Technology, Data and Operations) or direct to role (eg Institutional Banking Group, Consumer Banking Group and Global Financial Markets)
Education: Structured training to develop your professional skills including banking fundamentals and soft skills training
Exposure: Opportunities for exposure provided with mentorship from our senior leaders and connect with other individuals with a shared passion for banking and technology in your cohort

• Consumer Banking Group (CBG): DBS Consumer Banking Group is in a unique position to help our customers realize their dreams and ambitions. • Institutional Banking Group (IBG): Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.
• Data: Data supports the Bank in the origination and execution of key strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, divestments, capital management and other ad-hoc strategic initiatives, to maximize the Bank's financial and competitive position.
• Technology & Operations (T&O): DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of One Team and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Eligibility:

• Open to bachelor’s/master’s degree fresh graduates with under 2 years of working experience).
• Pursuing a degree in Any discipline of study (for Business track) Data Science, Analytics and Computing or related discipline (for Data Track) Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Info-Communications (for Technology track)
• Willing to do the program at DBS Jakarta Head Office
• Self-motivated team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Adaptable, creative, decisive, and resilient, and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
