Job Description:
- Manage the Online Store of Brand in Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok, and similar platforms
- Execute Campaign Marketplace and Optimizing ROI
- Manage the Marketplace Advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Similar platforms
- Execute and Report to E-Commerce Team leader for all Campaign Activities in the platforms
- Update the Online Store Product list, Price, Picture, Campaign, Promotion
- Analysed market competitor and stay updated the market trend
- Coordinate with Marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager)
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales
- Create, manage, and optimize Tiktok and Meta advertising campaigns
- Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
- 2 Years experience E-Commerce Operations
- Experience in handling paid advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, Meta and similar platforms
- Experience in handling marketplace, operation, product upload, product descriptions, traffic buying, any skill related to ecommerce at least 1 Years
- Have Experience working with Marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent skill using Microsoft Excel
- Expertise using Canva is a plus
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, CPAS, etc.) Analytical mindset and critical thinking
