- Responsible in achieving area Manado, sales target for saving products (Payroll, Simpel saving acc, or other saving products in Non Branch Channel), Octopay, Canvasing, events, communities and PKS Supervising DSR Funding team (outsource) in selling activities and coordinating with branches and other channels
- Drives and implements initiatives to enhance the performance of DSR Funding team to maximize local and international opportunities Identifies, allocates and organises resource requirements, including people development requirements
Kinerja Bisnis dan Manajemen (Business Performance and Management)
- Drives cross selling funding beside Payroll accounts such as target Octopay
- Acts as client contact person for key and potential business stakeholders Developing network and ensuring responsible communication with stakeholders to enhance DSR Funding business opportunities
Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (People Management)
- Develops, builds and leads an effective and cohesive DSR Funding team that operates effectively and in line with company budget. Manages the performance of the team
Kepatuhan (Regulatory Compliance)
- Ensuring all area team members to comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory.
