2M DESIGN LAB are seeking a highly-spirits & self-motivated candidates for our ARCHITECTURE STUDIO in Bali area (Seminyak).
DRAFTER
Responsibilities :

• Design plans using computer-aided design software.
• Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects.
• Design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques.
• Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques.
• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Undertaking short courses, conferences, seminars and workshops to enhance a skill or knowledge.
• Keeping up-to-date of government policies (in Client's country where their business is registered business) and new technical reports.
• Perform open and distance learning and implement management value and standard of services.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in architecture or a related field.
• Have a proficiency in CAD software, such as Auto CAD or Sketch Up.
• Be familiar with building codes and regulations.
• Have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Applicants who currently stay in Bali will be preferable.
