You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.
Domestic relocation is available for this position.
What You Will Do:

• Performs inspections and tests planned to monitor specific EHS issues, regulations, and company practices.
  
• Assists in training employees on EHS guidelines, company policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to EHS.
  
• Making and maintaining necessary EHS records according to established guidelines.
  
• Contributes to the development of EHS policies and procedures.
  
• Contributes to the EHS campaign.
  
• Assists Operation to implement safe work practice.
  

What Skills You Have:

• Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance : Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies; ability to implement EHS policies to ensure that provided products and services are safe for people and the environment and in compliance with legal requirements and standards.
  
• Process Management : Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
  
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail : Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
  
• Managing Multiple Priorities : Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
  
• OHS Management System: Has good knowledge of OHS Management System, ability to implement, monitor, manage and look for the room of improvement.
  
• Analysis: Ability to analyze and provide trend analysis related to OHS issues including to work with the resolution.
  

What Will Set You Apart:

• Proficiency in English.
  
• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
  
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Safety Management or a related field.
  
• Possession of the AK3 Umum certification.
  

Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):

• This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
