- Responsible for customer Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance, Troubleshooting/Repair activities
- Ensure the Customer Engineer competency needs and tools to fulfill the business’ requirements.
- Ensure to fulfill customer’s requirements, project request, and site activities based on customer regulation.
- Ensure all the required documents (forms, time sheet,..) are properly filled in and signed by customer.
- Ensure Lo A and Do A within Service Department related to CE activities are in place.
- Ensure the EHS KPIs are respected and implemented duirng site activities.
- Preparing report : Site Report, Time Sheet.
- Responsible for implementation of DKSH value and Co C related to his/her daily activities.
- Handle complaints and request from customer 24 hours on Call anytime regarding to the equipment problem.
- Build customer loyalty and rapport.
- Provide Technical Training Service On Class/On the Job Site every time Customer buy the new product.
- Ensure to fulfill the SMT (service management tools) application regarding Engineer’s activities.
- Build good relationship (teamwork) with Regional engineers in problem solutions.
