Our client is a luxury hotel and resort coming soon to the North Canggu. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Expat International Sales Executive to join their growing team in Bali.
The ideal candidate in this pivotal role, will play a key role in propelling sales to new heights. You will develop new sales strategies and ensure exceptional customer service for a high-net-worth clientele.
Requirements:

• Open for expat candidates.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in luxury real estate sales, with a demonstrable successful track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Keen understanding of the luxury real estate market, with the ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
• Thrive in a multicultural environment and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with international clients.

• Proficiency in managing CRM systems, specific experience in Bitrix is a huge bonus.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with international clients.

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs, with the ability to create strategic sales plans accordingly.

Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:

• Identify and engage potential clients in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Sales Performance:

• Achieve sales targets by closing deals with international clients.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Adapt sales strategies based on cultural nuances and regional differences.

Customer Support:

• Provide exceptional post-sales support to international clients.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track sales performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
