Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Stylist (min. 2 year experiences).
• Ability to adapt to different styling requirements and photoshoot concepts.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to take responsibility for the props, products, and overall styling quality.

Job Description:

• Create photoshoot concepts for campaigns and catalogues, including pose references, venue selection, and makeup according to the pre-determined collection themes for ISSA Group.
• Collaborate with the content, photographer, and videographer teams to develop storyboards or references for flatlay photoshoots.
• Provide and manage props required for flatlay photoshoots.
• Execute flatlay photoshoots and ensure the products are checked post-photoshoot.
• Check the styling display of clothing and ensure the color combinations facilitate customer product selection.
• Oversee the photoshoot props provided by the fashion production to the styling team.
