• At least Senior High School
• At least 3 years working experiences as Sales Associate in Sales Store, preferably from Luxury Retail industry
• Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
• Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
• Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Good communication skills
