Responsibilities

• Ensure the recapitulation of COD disbursement is complete and appropriate to the right sellers (shippers)
• Prepare COD disbursement lists and bank transfer lists not only in Rupiah but also in foreign currency (e.g. US Dollar) to each shipper
• Upload the bank transfer lists to each bank’s portal and monitor the status of them until successfully transferred to the shippers
• Actively communicate with the bank’s PIC or shipper’s sales & marketing PIC, especially if there is problem or error related to the status of bank transfer or bank’s portal
• Reconcile the successful COD disbursement with COD amount in each period
• Recap and check the transfer fee charged by each bank in monthly basis
• Recap and check other supporting data (ad hoc)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in finance (Accounting, Management, Economics, etc)
• Max. 27 years old
• Skilled in Ms. Office, especially in Ms. Excel
• High level of literacy and numeracy skills
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines
• Have good communication, good attitude, and able to establish effective internal and external working relationship with people across different departments
• Able to work in team and create good collaboration
• Able to develop innovative and practical solutions to challenges
• Responsible for every action taken
