Fullstack Dev. Trainer

- Develop and regularly update learning materials such as presentations, practice questions, and relevant tutorial videos to support the learning process
- Assign exercises and projects to training participants and provide grading and feedback
- Provide guidance and mentorship to participants in completing real projects
- Evaluate participants' performance and offer feedback to correct mistakes in order to improve their skills
- Create regular progress reports on participants
- Collaborate with the academy team to ensure that the curriculum stays relevant to industry needs and the latest technology trends
- Provide information/guidance on career opportunities in fullstack development and other IT fields, such as how to build a portfolio, interview preparation, and the necessary soft skill development.
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Deep understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies commonly used in the industry (e.g., Java, Java Script, Python, Node.js, React, My SQL, Hapi JS, Express JS)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or training in related fields (programming, devops, software engineering, etc.) at educational institutions or training centers
- Strong teaching, communication, and presentation skills
- Certifications in IT, curriculum development, or instructional design are an advantage
- Experience with learning platforms such as Moodle or Learning Management System (LMS) is an added advantage
