As an Administrative Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding access to IT education by analyzing and implementing effective business strategies for your branch.
Responsibilities:

• Increase Student Enrollment: Attract new students by providing excellent customer service and offering trial classes.
• Maintain Student Satisfaction: Keep current students happy by providing helpful administrative support, like managing class information and building strong relationships.
• Manage the Team: Work well with teachers and other staff at the branch.
• Improve Marketing: Analyze data to understand what works and what doesn't, then use this information to create better online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Ensure High Standards: Make sure the branch provides quality service, teaching, and facilities.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates Welcome: Open to recent graduates or students nearing completion.
• Strong Communication: Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in administrative software (Excel, Sheets).
• Professional and Responsible: Disciplined, initiative-taking, and responsible.
• Team Player: Works well with others.
• Basic English: Conversational English skills.
