Job Description :
- Ensure vendor cooperation agreements.
- Responsible for implementing employee official travel schedule plans related to accommodation and transportation facilities.
- Set driver operations schedule.
- Establish and implement GA & Purchasing.
- Monitoring and managing operational drivers related to daily work activities.
- Input invoice process data (Security, Outsorching, electricity bills, drinking water, etc.).
- Controlling and monitoring company assets.
- Prepare related needs (work uniforms, K3 equipment, work equipment and employee lockers).
- Monitoring and checking the completeness and updating of company document licenses.
- Make daily data reports to the HRD & GA Manager.
- Can create Purchase Orders, Vendor Search, process goods requests, and process Invoices.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the Warehouse.
- Min D3/S1 All majors.
- Have experience in GA & Purchasing Min 4 years.
- Can use MS Office well (Especially EXCEL)
- Have discipline, neatness in work, responsibility, teamwork.
- Can communicate in English well.
- Can join as soon as possible.
- Willing to be placed in the South Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi, West Java.
