GROUP OPERATIONS MANAGER based in BALI
Position Overview:
The Group Operations Manager will Oversee the Operations of our Resorts Across Indonesia. The Successful Candidate will be Responsible for Ensuring Operational Excellence, Project Management, Driving Financial Performance, and Delivering Outstanding Guest Experiences Across all Properties. This Role Requires a Strategic Leader with Preferable a Proven Track Record in Multi-Property Management within the Hospitality Industry
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a Related Field
* Very Good English Skills
* Minimum 7 years Experience in the Hospitality Industry (3 years in a Senior Management Role Overseeing Multiple Properties)
*Financial Expertise with Experience in Budget Management and Financial Analysis
* Strong Problem-Solving and Strategic Decision Making Skills
* Exceptional Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
* Proven Ability to Drive Operational Efficiency and Increase Guest Satisfaction
* Experience Training All Level of Staff
* Ability to Travel Frequently to the Resorts as Needed
* Knowledge of the Diving Industry is a Plus
