Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
• Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
• Provide detailed information about the amenities, areas, and venues while effectively promoting our services
• Anticipate the needs of guests and establish a positive engagement with customers
• Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
• Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate leader when necessary
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Requirements

• Only for Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Experience in operating OPERA system
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open-minded
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions
• Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
