Location: Bali, Indonesia
This job has responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest service department
• Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures
• Handle escalated guest issues and ensure prompt resolution
• Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and special requests
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on feedback
• Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests
• Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics
• Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and other departments
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Lead, train, and supervise the guest service team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in guest service or customer service management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Proficient in using OPERA system
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
