- Supervise villas as assigned by Guest Services Manager
- Uphold standards, operating procedures and company regulations
- Supervise housekeeping services to maintain the villas in pristine condition
- Ensure that rooms are well-prepared and stocked with correct amenities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and farewell upon departure
- Provide personalized assistance and attend guests' needs throughout their stay
- Coordinate and facilitate special guest requests or arrangements
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and activities for guests through Concierge
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and events
- Coordinate property’s inventories and purchases with correct par stock levels
- Maintain effective communication with management and other departments
- Address and resolve any issues raised by guests promptly and professionally
- Liaise with engineering and management teams for effective maintenance in villas
