- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Develop and implement classroom rules and procedures to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and any concerns.
- Support the social and emotional development of students by creating a nurturing and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Participate in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives and programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
