• Develop and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans based on the IEYC framework to promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Establish and maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage classroom resources, materials, and equipment effectively to support teaching and learning activities.
• Conduct ongoing observations and assessments to monitor children's progress and development.
• Establish open and collaborative partnerships with parents/guardians through regular communication, including parent-teacher conferences, newsletters, and informal updates.

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Familiar with Cambridge curriculum / IEYC Curriculum
• Experienced working with children in classroom setting

• Possessing knowledge and experience in differentiated learning
