- Comprehensively manage and execute tasks related to human resource management in accordance with the operational needs of the project team and local branches (subsidiaries)
- Assist the project manager and branch (subsidiary) leadership in recruitment, placement, job training, performance evaluation, etc., in compliance with local laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Collaborate with the project team’s finance department to complete payroll processing, social security payments, and other related tasks
- Regularly complete human resources analysis reports and submit them to the headquarters
- Effectively identify various employment risks and be responsible for employee care and handling labor relations
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Proficiency in English
- More than 3 years of experience in human resource management within a Chinese-funded company, with the ability to assist project managers in team-building tasks
- Priority will be given to candidates familiar with the operations of Chinese overseas branch managers; those with experience as project HR managers will also be prioritized
- Alignment with the company and its Chinese corporate culture, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle pressure
