Job Descriptions:
- Manage and ensure accurate processing of payroll and tax calculations.
- Develop and analyze budgets and forecasts related to labor costs, including manpower
planning.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent. Develop, update, and enhance company regulations, including PKB (Collective Labor
Agreement), internal memos, policies, and procedures.
- Design and implement effective training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Assist the HRGA General Manager with reporting and other HR-related updates and tasks.
- Stay updated with labor laws and ensure their application within the organization.
- Oversee and execute various HR activities and administrative functions
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
Requirement:
Male/Female max 37 years old
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management/Accounting (Accounting background will be advantage)
- Having experience min 3 years as HR supervisor (manufacture background welcome)
- Good knowledge of PPh 21, PPh Final, and labor law.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.English both in spoken and written is a must
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with Sunfish system is preferred.
- Strong cooperation skills, detail orientation, and negotiation abilities.
