Job Description:
- Team Management: Overseeing and directing the work of manpower
- Quality and Productivity Improvements: Leading initiatives to improve both the quality of products and the overall productivity of the manufacturing process. This includes reducing production defects and minimizing scrap material (MRB)
- Daily Monitoring: Reviewing daily production reports and production schedule related to efficiency and quality. The supervisor is responsible for identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to achieve production targets.
- Problem-Solving: Utilizing the PDCA cycle to address production issues, continually improving processes through structured problem-solving methods
- Training and Work Instruction: Providing ongoing training and work instruction for job leaders and operators, particularly on new models or processes, to ensure staff are well-equipped to meet production standards.
Requirement:
Male, age max 35 years old
- Education Bachelor degree of Electrical / Industrial Engineering
- Work experience min. 3 years as SPV in Production of Electrical / Automotive MFG at PMA Japan
- Experienced and understand PCBA and its Mfg production process
- Experienced in using these machine will be advantage:
a. mounting machine (Auto Chip Mounting (ACM) such as from Yamaha brand, and IC Mounting such as from Juki brand)
b. inspection machine (the brand name such as Koh Young, and Marantz)
c. other production machine
- Excellent skill in handling manpower management
