- Control and monitoring mold & jig overhaul target
- Incoming check for new mold, jig, and tooling
- Control mold and jig spare part
- Control spare jig squeezing
- Investigate and make countermeasure mass pro/new project of mold and jig problem
- Repair and countermeasure broken mold and jig
- Prepare tooling of mold and jig for new project
- Making drawing for support tooling of new project
- Control new tooling for repair and overhaul
- Make changes to the layout of work area if there is a new machine added
- Control rack qty for mold and jig (Mass pro mold / jig, spare jig)
Requirement:
- Male, age max. 30 years old
- Education min. D3
- Experience min. 3 years as Mold Staff at MFG automotive-related company
- Experience in controlling and monitoring mold & jig overhaul target, also incoming check for new mold, jig, and tooling
- Able to draw using Auto CAD 2D3D
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- English skill conversational level to communicate with Japanese
- Willing to work in Karawang
- Can join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Education:
- SMA/SMU/SMK (Required)
- operate Machine of Lathe, Milling, Grinding: 3 years (Required)
- Can operate CAD, setting/maintenance JIG: 3 years (Required)
- Mold Engineer, Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
