HR SUPPORT

Job Description:

• Support HR operations, including employee attendance, payroll, and administrative tasks.
• Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle employee inquiries and support internal communication.
• Organize training, employee activities, and engagement programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
