Training & Development

• Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification
• Recruitment & Orientation (Perekrutan & Orientasi)
• Assist with the identification, selection, and interview of candidates
• Assist with the recruitment process by performing background and reference checks.
• Support the administrative part of the new employee recruitment process (Screening, contracts, contracts, HR Systems Update)
• Support during employee Onboarding & Orientation
• Admin & General (Admin & Umum)
• Assisting with all internal and external HR related enquiries.
• Assist with management procedures.
• Keep up to date with the latest HR practices.
• Scheduling and support for meeting, HR event, etc
• Maintain and update digital and physical employee records.

Requirement
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources
- Basic Knowledge of Training and Learning Development
- Have minimum 2years experience in the same roles
- Good organizational abilities
- Skilled in personal development program.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Familiarity with HR Software and System
- Based in Bali
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
