· Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
· Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and using data to inform decisions.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

. Used to / familiar operate HRIS
Role & Responsibility :
Contract length: 12 months

- Headcount planning
- Monthly organization chart
- Monthly booklet org chart
- Reorganization approval ; termination, job rotation, relocation etc
- Exit clearance process
- Turnover analysis reason
- Administrative letter distribution
- Presentation material to HQ / President Director
Contract length: 12 months
