Overall deliverable

Act as the single point of contact for the delivery of HSE management to the client
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the client’s business and the implications for JLL’s HSE related activity.
To support implementation of HSE initiatives within the IFM sector.
Promote and develop a positive HSE culture at all levels throughout the business.
Drive the HSE compliance program.
Ensure JLL HSE platform is suitable to meet the common requirements of our clients.
Manage Incidents and report the performance for IFM sector.
Perform training, where required site teams in understanding and implementing HSE requirements
Guide operational teams and clients on any changed legislative requirements to enable them to plan for continued legal compliance.
Support and manage HSE elements of mobilisations · Periodically audit the accounts to identify any areas of non-compliance
Periodic reporting of HSE performance.
Support the annual compliance signoff.
Ensuring all JLL and country specific related HSE compliances are being adhere and managed for the site
Relationship management and liaison with Client business managers, Building Management and local statutory authorities
