Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and risk assessments.
• Monitor and track project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage project changes effectively, assessing their impact on timelines, resources, and project scope.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Present project updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in the relevant industry
• Experience working in the telco industry.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
