- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential threats.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design IT solutions that meet client needs and align with company capabilities.
- Proposal Development: Develop technical proposals, including solution architecture, scope of work, and timelines.
- Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party solutions and services, manage relationships with technology vendors, and ensure partnerships align with business goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, address technical issues, and ensure smooth execution.
- Client Support: Help clients evaluate options and make informed decisions regarding their IT investments.
- Team Leadership: Lead the BD team, track progress, implement performance improvement plans, and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with senior leadership (e.g., CEO, VP of Engineering) to report on progress, discuss advanced client requests, and explore business opportunities.
- Talent Development: Collaborate with HR and external programs (e.g., Dans Academy) to identify training needs and promote continuous learning within the team.
- A proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities.
- Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Graduated from a top local university in Indonesia with a degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with or managing projects in the BPO sector.
- Knowledge of the workings of IT companies, including operational workflows, client needs, and industry challenges.
- Familiarity with IT services and solutions that can help drive growth in BPO and related industries.
- Experience in strategic planning to align business development goals with overall company objectives.

- S1 (Required)
