Job Description:
- Assist in managing KOL & community database.
- Assist in managing community growth, user-generated content strategy, creators maintenance and other programs to make our community engaged & motivated.
- Contact KOL and assist in activities that related with community.
- Create briefs and proposals for campaign.
- Monitor, track, analyze and report the impact of digital activations or campaigns.
- Develop and manage relationships with community to drive user acquisition and retention.
Benefit :
- Range salary : Rp1.000.000 - Rp2.000.000 nett
- BPJS TK & Kesehatan
- Prior experience of KOL & community building is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z audience and able to identify target audience preferences.
- Adept and active in IG, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality.
- Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO scheme.
