Position Overview:
Neptune Scuba Diving / Neptune Liveaboards is now hiring Reservations Attendant. The Reservations Attendant is responsible for overseeing the reservations department, ensuring efficient and effective handling of guest bookings and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Reservations System Management ;
- Oversee the reservation system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Customer Service Excellence ;
- Set and maintain high standards for customer service in the reservations management.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Communication ;
- Ensure all communication are responded in timely manners (Internal and external).
Qualification:
Degree in hospitality management, or equivalent experience in hospitality,
Proven experience in scuba diving reservation is a plus point,
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Salary range 4.500.000 - 6.000.000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rp4,000,000.00 - Rp6,000,000.00 per month
