About the Role:
We are seeking a Loan Operations Manager with a background in lending business operations, such as banking or P2P lending, who has previously led a team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational and analytical skills, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

We are seeking a Loan Operations Manager with a background in lending business operations, such as banking or P2P lending, who has previously led a team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational and analytical skills, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the Loan Operations team, including the Credit Processing and Asset Collateral teams.
- Review and approve credit disbursement applications processed by credit processors.
- Review and approve crowdfunding applications submitted by the funding operators.
- Supervise underlying and related document checks, trade validation, and crowdfunding processes.
- Oversee covenant and collateral verification, bank check authenticity checks, and asset collateral management processes.
- Monitor the fund disbursement process to borrowers.
- Conduct the collateral cashing process.
- Ensure collateral documents and other securities are securely stored at the asset storage location.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
- Collaborate regularly with other divisions (Credit, Business, and Collection teams) to address and resolve any issues.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit processing roles within banking, P2P lending, or financial industries.
- Knowledge of SME credit processes and/or asset collateral management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial information and trade validation processes.
- A mindset for continuous improvement and the ability to develop loan operation flow maps.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with and manage a team effectively.
