DESIGNATION : Manage Service Operation Center
RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles :
- Demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills, need a strong commitment to SLA service and knowledge of all infrastructrure with exhibit leadership skills.
- Perform helpdesk and monitoring functions for applications under managed services such as BI-FAST & CMS.
- Provide layer 1 support related to incidents and service requests related to transactions in applications under IT-MSOC.

Understand customer (internal & external) needs and deliver the expected outcomes.
