• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify key market opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and maintain market models to forecast potential outcomes and inform business strategies.
• Strengthen data-driven decision-making processes for all the Media Co related activities of Pay TV, OTT and Media Sales.
• Lead the analysis of market data, and internal data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions for all the business line of Media Co.
• Monitoring industry trends and consumer preferences, will help Media Co stay ahead of shifts in the market, allowing for proactive rather than reactive strategies.
• Work closely with product, sales and even technology teams, ensuring alignment between market needs and our offerings, and also help in creating a better management of the wholesale partners such as XL, other MNOs/ISPs.
• Enhance understanding of competitor strategies, enabling us to refine our positioning and messaging in the marketplace.
• Identify new market opportunities and inform expansion strategies.
• Tailor the products and marketing efforts, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive innovation and helping to develop products that resonate with our audience and fulfill needs
• Maintain updated competitive analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Conduct customer segmentation analysis to better understand target audiences and develop tailored marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in market research or analytics, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
