As a Marketing Communication Intern, you will support our marketing and communications team in executing various initiatives and campaigns. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to learn about marketing strategies, content creation, and communication practices within the fintech sector. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the industry.
What you will do:

• Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for marketing and PR materials, including social media updates, press releases, media kits, newsletters, website copy and blog posts.
• Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking social media metrics.
• Media Relations: Assist in identifying and reaching out to media contacts, drafting press releases, and managing media inquiries. Help coordinate media interviews and maintain media lists.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting events and press conferences, focus in preparing event materials and handling logistics.
• Campaign Support: Help with the execution of marketing campaigns, including creating promotional materials and tracking campaign performance.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to assist in developing marketing strategies.
• Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of marketing reports and presentations by compiling data and analyzing results.
• Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining databases, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.

Requirements
What we are looking for:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Interest in Fintech: A strong interest in the fintech industry and a desire to learn more about financial technologies and services.
• Skills: Basic understanding of marketing principles, media relations and communication strategies. Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is a plus.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate and develop new ideas.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., social media management tools) is advantageous.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
