Marketing Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Media Relations & Communication Strategy: Develop and execute media communication strategies, manage press releases, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all media channels.
- Visual Merchandising (VM) & Studio Design Direction: Lead the VM strategy for Tulola stores, ensuring visual displays align with brand standards. Direct studio setups for photography, campaigns, and events, maintaining a high standard of creativity and cohesion.
- Marketing & Creative Ideation: Generate and execute innovative marketing ideas and campaigns that resonate with Tulola’s brand essence. Collaborate with the team to execute high-impact campaigns within limited resources.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and foster strategic partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits and brand alignment. Lead collaboration initiatives with creative, industry-relevant partners.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate project deliverables. Provide guidance and direction with a flexible and team-oriented approach.
- Crisis & Problem-Solving: Navigate challenges effectively with creative solutions, able to “think outside the box” and adapt quickly to new demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in marketing communications, preferably in a creative or fashion brand environment.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Skills Required:
- Strong design and styling skills, with an eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills; able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- High adaptability, able to thrive in demanding environments with long hours and sometimes uncomfortable settings.
- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure gracefully, managing multiple priorities with limited direction with minimal resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to approach challenges creatively and flexibly.
